The rooms are well air-conditioned, the breakfast is reasonably good and delicious, with fresh food, and the staff is consistently courteous and pleasant.

The room here had a nice writing table and chair, and the location was great, close to Torres de las Americas Business Center.

We both loved it, the place is extremely convenient and well-appointed and suited us fine. Large and delicious breakfasts and the food was outstanding. - the location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Torres de las Americas Business Center.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a safe area, near to a massive mall with all shops options and all food options, sites in the area, and restaurants and movie theatre great for families.

This place is perfectly located near the shopping mall with a variety of shops and top-notch restaurants, and the room rates are reasonable.

Location, people are friendly and really skilled, excellent service.

This place is well-maintained and conveniently located, offering a nearby restaurant within a short walking distance, alongside comfortable air-conditioned rooms equipped with breakfast.

The hotel has a heated pool, excellent location near Multiplaza Pacific Mall with top-end designer shopping, and close to restaurants and other malls. Good food options are just a short stroll away.

The meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, were very good, and the table staff very helpful

A few more shade umbrellas in the pool area would be helpful. Also, the steel hand rail into the pool was just too hot to hold when the sun was out. Some fabric covering perhaps?

The room here is well airconditioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and the service is excellent, plus there's a pleasant view of the moon and stars above, all in a marvelous and beautiful location in the neighborhood of San Francisco.

It is reasonably priced. The property is reliable and bright and the stuff is affable. The room is neat and equipped with flat-screen TV, a safe and a refrigerator

The hotel was very clean and located right next to a mall that had a couple of sit down restaurants and a large food court. The staff was very friendly. Great access to wireless internet. Just a very good experience. Taxis were readily available just outside.

The view in my room was not great, but that was not important to me.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of dining options available at the hotel. The coffee machine and complementary tea, coffee, and water were a nice touch. The room with two separate beds and a bedroom was quite spacious and clean. The hotel's location near the Multiplaza Mall made it convenient for shopping and exploring the area.

Felt cozy, no reason to complain.
